Abundant Hope Ministries is a Christ-centered, state-approved addiction recovery program certified by the Tennessee Department of Mental Health and the Department of Correction.
Our program is built on three structured phases designed to lead individuals from addiction to lasting transformation through faith, accountability, and community.
90-day Immersive Phase focuses on spiritual foundation and character development.
6-month Transition Phase prepares individuals for real-world reintegration through full-time employment or education, continued spiritual growth, and community engagement. Clients maintain weekly reports, mentorship, and church involvement while taking greater responsibility for their recovery.
3-month Outpatient Phase supports independent living with continued mentorship, Celebrate Recovery, church attendance, and optional life-skills classes like parenting or biblical legacy. Staff and peer support help sustain long-term success.

To apply, the Entry Assessment Form must be completed by the applicant. Once reviewed, a letter of acceptance or denial will be sent.
